*Ticket fees include taxes. (Unit: yen)
*The schedule, artists and programs are subject to change, but the admission fee will not be refunded except if the concert is cancelled.
If tickets are refunded due to cancellation or postponement of the performance, we will set a certain period of time to respond. Even if it is refunded, expenses other than the ticket price (fees for transportation, accommodation, communication, etc.) will not be subject to refund.
*The ticket once purchased cannot be refunded or exchanged.
*Children not yet of elementary school age cannot attend the concerts.
*For inquiries and ticket purchase for wheelchair users and their attendants, please contact the Secretariat of Argerich Arts Foundation.
*The Salon of Argerich Haus has no steps in the seats area as it is a flat floor. Please note that there are seats that it is difficult to see the performers playing.
*The resale or attempted resale of any ticket for more than the original purchase price stated or the resale of tickets by auction or by internet auction is strictly prohibited.
*No tickets purchased may be resold or offered for resale to a third party for commercial purposes. We are not responsible for any trouble concerning tickets.
*The concerts will be filmed by cameras and reported by various media. Please note that the scenes of the concert venues and the inside of the halls may be broadcast, delivered or posted on TV, newspapers, magazines, websites, social media or DVDs.
