- We will receive applications for ticket reservations and inquiries about tickets by e-mail only.
- No advanced reservation is available. Even if you send us an e-mail for reservation before March 9, your tickets will be reserved only from the seats remaining as of March 10. We will let you know about the result of your application after March 10.
- You cannot designate seats. Please choose seat types only.
- Please note that we may not be able to make your desired reservation depending on the status of remaining seats.
Please apply by e-mail with the following information:
- Your name (Please state Mr./Ms.)
- Name of concert
- Type of seat
- Number of tickets
- Contact information (Your address, telephone number, e-mail address)
How to purchase tickets
Send an e-mail stating your personal information (name and contact), name of the concert, seat type, and the number of tickets you wish to purchase.

The Secretariat of the Music Festival will send you an e-mail about whether your desired tickets have been reserved or not, and how to pay for the tickets if yes.

You will remit the fees to our bank account.
↓
We will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your remittance.
↓
The concert tickets will be handed to you at the concert site on the day of the concert.
Note for payment
You are responsible for paying any remittance charges. The fee amount that we notify you of by e-mail is the amount you must remit to our bank account. Please ask your bank about charges when remitting the fees.

Notes
- Ticket fees include taxes. (Unit: yen)
- The schedule, artists and programs are subject to change, but the admission fee will not be refunded except if the concert is cancelled.
- The ticket once purchased cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Children not yet of elementary school age cannot attend the concerts.
- Please obtain the exchange ticket for a Youth seat (for 1st graders to those aged 22). With the exchange ticket, you can get an admission ticket from two hours before the concert on the concert day. Please bring your student ID when exchanging the tickets.

- The resale or attempted resale of any ticket for more than the original purchase price stated or the resale of tickets by auction or by internet auction is strictly prohibited.
- No tickets purchased may be resold or offered for resale to a third party for commercial purposes. We are not responsible for any trouble concerning tickets.
- The concerts will be filmed by cameras and reported by various media. Please note that the scenes of the concert venues and the inside of the halls may be broadcast, delivered or posted on TV, newspapers, magazines, websites, social media or DVDs.
